Shortly after Crown Football Club defeated Giant Brillars with three goals to one at the matchday 10 at the Nigeria National League. Crown FC general manager Mr Olamide Ilupeju has these to say;
"I'm happy with the performances of the team, most especially the forward area. We were able to score three goals and it came from the attackers [Sanni Nurudeen,  Rasheed Olaniran and Adekunle Olowokere]. It shows the team is improving to convert chances at the most needed time."
"Giant Brillars are not small team in the league but  we were able to record three points today, I want to thank the Engineer Seyi Makinde for his unrelenting support and commitment to sports development in Oyo state.
Also, the commissioner for Youth and Sports Miss Wasilat Adegoke for her prompt approval and financial backing. I also want to thank the good and loving people of Oyo state, fans and supporters of Ogbomoso for this result. I appreciate you all."
"Expect new faces that will help the team in the second round, I assure you of better results come second round"

Okikiola helped his side clinch her first ever federation cup title, scoring three goals in the three all draw, Ilaji FC emegerd champions 5-4 on penalties and will represent Oyo state at the National Federation Cup.
