SEYI MAKINDE EXPRESSES DESIRE TO SET UP FEMALE TEAM

Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde has expressed his desire to set up a female team in Oyo State. 
Governor Makinde made this known on Sunday evening at the third edition of Fresh FM/Blast FM Town Hall meeting held at Music House, challenge area, Ibadan.
He said, "I think we used to have one in Oyo State (Jokodolu Babes), after the election, I will speak with the owner of the club if she is willing to revive it and if not, we shall have one in Oyo State.
He added: "Also, anyone with a female team should come to us, we shall evaluate the team and give our support."

The historic parade, the first of its kind in the club’s illustrious history, departed from the iconic Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, and snaked through major streets of Ibadan.
