In a blueprint message made available to OyoSportsNews by the association secretary, Mr Kehinde Adebayo Ojelowo. The league is strictly open to Nigeria Nation-wide League One and non-league players in Oyo state, while registration fees and tickets shall be free at the play-off stage. The statement explained further that matches at the playoff stage will hold across zones in Oyo state in an abridged format with ten clubs each in a group. The commitment was made on Saturday by the zonal council chairman, Coach Azeez Bashiru, in a meeting held the soun stadium, Ogbomoso. During the meeting, Coach Bashiru emphasised the critical roles of grassroot coaches, clubs and academies towards the development of fooball in Nigeria.
