OBA JAMES ODENIRAN RE-ELECTED AS OYO FA CHAIRMAN FOR THIRD TERM, HEAD MASTER, MOGAJI ROTIMI ALLI, OTHERS RETAIN SEATS

The Alakinyele of Akinyele, HRM James Odeniran will serve another four years as the Chairman Oyo State Football Association [OYSFA] afte he was declared winner for Chairman position at the 2023 Oyo State Football Association Elective Congress held at Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resorts, Akanran, Ibadan.
The incumbent chairman emerged winner, though unopposed but satisfy the statutory requirement of two-third ‘yes’ vote of the delegates.
At the event under the watchful eyes of Nigeria Football Federation representative and Ondo State Football Association Chairman, Otunba Dele Ajayi, Oba James Odeniran swept all the 12 votes cast by the eligible delegates, meaning he will retain the seat for another four years.
Also re-elected for another term in office, the Vice-Chairman, Comrade Isaac Wale Ayangbile from Oyo North retained his position while other Mr Oketona Olayemi Samson was the only new Member from Oyo Central.
Other members are Alhaji Azeez Amusa Adeniyi - Member [Oyo North], Coach Michael Oladeni -Member [Oyo South], Mogaji Olurotimi Tajudeen Alli - Member [Oyo South], Coach Ogunleye John Kayode -Member [Oyo Central], Mr Adepoju Mutiu Abiodun - Member [Oyo South], Alhaji Ganiyu Arolu - Member [Oyo North] and Mr Kehinde Adebayo Ojelowo [Secretary] from Oyo State Sports Council.
