Fooball fans, fun seekers, lovers of Nigeria celebrities in the media and entertainment industries will once again have opportunity to have fun-filled moments in July at the second edition of Solat Telecommunications Celebrity Match tagged 'Ileya Festival Novelty Match 2023' powered by Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Solat Telecommunications Nigeria, Alhaji Ganiyu Hammed as organized by Sola Aiyegbajeje, the CEO of AiyegbaSports Media Concept.
The maiden edition held last year July at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan had in attendance top-notch celebrities such as Ayo Ajewole 'Woli Agba', Olamide Oladimeji Mayungbe 'Dele Omo Woli', Remote, Babatunde Saheed 'Mr Sports of Fresh FM Nigeria, Samsom Akindele of Fresh Abeokuta, Adekunle Alubarika from Agidigbo FM, Obadarr Oladosu 'Oba Sports' of Honour FM, Abiala Dahunsi 'Kaka', Dr. Bayo Faleke, Imoyosola Adetoro of Amuludun FM, Afeez Mohammed Cantona of Jamz FM, Olawale Hamzat from Lagelu/Splash FM, Kenny Ogunmiloro and Gbolahan Olalere from Fresh FM Nigeria.
This year edition, according to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Solat Telecommunications Nigeria, Alhaji Ganiyu Hammed will witness more prominent On-Air-Personlaties, General managers of radio stations majorly in Oyo state, Skit makers, social influencer, and top-notch comedians and side attractions segment.
The one day football fiesta, billed for Saturday, July 3rd, 2023 at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba Ibadan is likely to be a revenge match for the Oyo State Celebrities after 2-1 loss to Solat Telecoms football team in the first edition.
According to the organizer of the event Sola Aiyegbajeje 'AiyegbaSports'; Cash prize, Android mobile phones from Tecno, Samsung and Infinix will serve as rewards for exceptional players in various positions on the field.
Aiyegbajeje added that a minute silence will also be observed in respect of Tobiloba Owomuyela popularly known as 'Peteru' who was part of the first editon but died on December 21st, 2022 after brief illness.
