The Ajilete Warriors started well in the opening 30 minutes and were unlucky not to go ahead in the first half as Ayodeji Ayeni's boys settled for a goalles halftime scoreline. Four minutes into the second half, Jonathan Okechukwu gave the visitors the lead through a header from Adekunle Mojeed's corner kick. The homers restored parity at the 57th minute after a defensive mix-up in the box which saw Joshua Oladeji helpless between the sticks.
