AROLE COMMENDS CHIEF DOTUN SANUSI ON JDS FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Honourable Gbenga Adewusi has commended the Chiarman and Chief Executive Officer of Ilaji Hotel and Sports Resort, Engineer Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi for using sports as a tool to eradicate poverty, empower youths and build stronger communities by bringing people together.
Hon Adewusi, a former chairman of Ibadan North-East Local Government and immediate past chairman of Oyo State Sports Council told newsmen at the press conference held at the mini conference hall of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort that the huge achievements made since the inception of Ilaji Football Club had transformed Oyo state and Nigeria to providing better opportunities to youths and reducing anti-social behaviour in disaffected young people and increasing willingness to volunteer and the development of soft skills, such as integrity, responsibility and leadership.
Arole as fondly called also seized the opportunity to commend the Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Engineer Dotun Sanusi for sponsoring the maiden edition of 2024 Oyo State Jubril Dotun Sanusi Football League.
He called on members of the Oyo State Chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria to give maximum coverage of all 2024 OYSJDSFL programmes to the general public, so that the impact of such programmes will be felt at the grass-root.
